ABOUT THE PROPERTY: 1st floor apartment forming part of a whole rental unit and a group of up to 33 persons can stay in 3 separate apartments within the same building.
Very large, 200m2 fully furnished, fully air-conditioned and fully equipped 3 double bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and large sliding doors leading to a balcony. The main bathroom has a bath-tub, sink and toilet and the main bedroom has an en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. There's a front balcony in the living area and a back yard at the back leading from both the second and third bedroom.
WIFI and 55 inch Android TV available.

LOCATION: Very easy to get around the neighbourhood. Ample street parking in the same street of the apartment building.
It is also fun to rent bikes to go around the village and nearby locations (beaches, country-side and neighbouring villages). 2 minutes by foot away from the apartment there is a bus stop called Luke.
SUPERMARKETS: Located just 2 minutes by foot away from the apartment. RESTAURANTS / CAFETERIA / WINE BAR: Just 2 minutes by foot away in the Pjazza / Square, there are Maltese local restaurants. BEACHES: Beaches are located in the vicinity. One can either rent bicycles to go to the beaches or go by car or even walk. By car it’s about 5 to 10 minute drive to any of the beaches.
