The flat consists of: - a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area leading to a spacious front balcony with outdoor furniture, a sofa bed (for one person only) and television, dining TV - one bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite shower room - one bedroom with a double bed and access to a walk-in wardrobe with travel cot and balcony. - one family bathroom with bath tub/shower. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Other facilities include a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival. Perfect for spending a holiday in Malta as a family or with a group of friends. NOTE: The flat is located on the third floor, although there is a lift, there is first a flight of stairs to reach the main entrance, then another 2 flights of stairs to reach the lift, which is very slow. Neighborhood The apartment is centrally located in the centre of Gzira. Everything such as convenience shops, coffee shops even restaurants are at a walking distance. Perfect and central place to be at, Sliema is always very close at around 5 minutes by walk, from which the ferry to Valetta can be taken. Getting around All bars, convenience stores and supermarkets are all at a walking distance from the apartment.
