Welcome to our apartment with a terrace overlooking the Marina, located in the beautiful Marina di Pietà. The property features 2 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for hosting families or mature couples looking for a relaxing stay.
We give priority to mature couples and responsible families, as the condominium has strict rules regarding peace and quiet, especially during the evening and nighttime hours. Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines, which will be charged to the guests.
