This bright and modern penthouse is tastefully furnished and accessible by lift. Situated at Xlendi close to the beach, public transport, restaurants, pubs, water sports and a mini market, you will instantly feel at home the moment you step inside. Spectacular views of Xlendi that can be enjoyed from two large terraces. Beautiful Sunset and sunrise views from both terraces. The residence comprises a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with TV, opening out to a front terrace enjoying direct sea views. The sleeping quarters consist of two bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and an additional guest WC for further convenience.
