Our seafront apartment, spanning 90 square metres, boasts its own private entrance for added convenience. Comprising a spacious double bedroom, a modern shower room, and a separate living area equipped with a 60-inch SMART TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, it offers ample comfort and entertainment. Additionally, a dining room adjoins a fully equipped kitchen, leading seamlessly to a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen features a generous fridge freezer and ice-machine, double oven, dishwasher, large hob, microwave, and air fryer. For added convenience, a washing machine and separate dryer are also provided. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The apartment is situated on the 7th floor, hence the amazing sea view, and is served with a lift. It forms part of a noticeably quiet, elegant residential block and will truly turn out to be a home away from home.
Sliema, situated on Malta's east coast, is a bustling resort town with a rich history dating back to British rule in the 19th century. Its waterfront, where the apartment is situated, is adorned with a lengthy 5 kilometres promenade and historic landmarks such as Fort Tigné and St. Julian’s Tower (which is situated right outside the property). This is a popular spot for swimming, jogging and leisurely strolls, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Sliema has one of the best shopping areas and can be reached from the apartment by car or local bus in just 3 minutes or by walking along the beautiful promenade for around 15 minutes.
