Enjoy full air-conditioning (cooling and heating), a Smart 50” TV with channels and Netflix, and reverse osmosis drinking water so you can skip buying bottles. Entry is via 24-hour self check-in; detailed instructions are sent a few days before arrival. The property is in a residential area—no parties or events, and quiet hours after 9 pm. Street parking is available but not guaranteed; typically you can find a space within a 2–5 minute walk depending on the day and time.
