A newly built, fully detached, designer finished/furnished, fully equipped, modern Villa; situated in a quiet area surrounded by fields. Property consists of a large combined kitchen/living/dining with views of the pool area. An additional large sitting room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds , 4 bathrooms, large swimming pool with large deck and BBQ area having open 360 degrees country views. One can also enjoy a beautiful walk in the countryside right next to the Villa. Private parking area is also available and is 5 minutes away by car from the nearest beach, restaurant and supermarket
