Villa Xini is a delightful first class villa in a traditional Gozitan style in the tranquil village of Xewkija. The villa has a spacious open-plan lounge/diner, beautifully furnished with a rattan sofa and chairs and a superb oak kitchen with verde granite worktops. The huge veranda, which opens off the dining area, has a great view over the private south facing swimming pool (10 x 5.5m) and beyond to the surrounding fields. There are two large bedrooms on the ground floor, one has a double bed and ensuite shower room and the other has three single beds. There is also a separate bathroom with bidet. The traditional stone staircase leads from the living room to an airy landing with a double bed and opens onto the large roof terrace.
