Its a newly built duplex, with 4 swimming pools common and private parking facilities.
A nice place and quiet place to make nice party and to relax there with a good climate.
Possibility to to walk in the nature to go to the seaside with a nice view point and access to some small island and no loud music is allowed there.
Find a responsible host for keeping well the apartment and one which do not make too much noise from music etc...
Calm, quiet, and have there own personnel space.
