Property information

Nestled on the secluded peninsula of Butte a l’herbe, our recently-built pavillon offers uninterrupted views over the bay of Calodyne. It has a rooftop with a marvelous sea view on the bay and a 5 mins walk to the exceptional public beach of Butte a l'herbe.

Neighbourhood information

As our home is in a family compound, it offers a safe and serene environment for you to relax and feel comfortable. In order to maintain the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we kindly request that you refrain from making excessive noise such as playing loud music or hosting parties. Please respect the tranquility of the area so that you and your fellow guests can fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings, including the sea and sun on this peaceful beach. For your convenience, I would recommend renting your own mode of transportation and having access to 3G on your phone or a GPS to ensure easy mobility. However, if you prefer not to drive, you can negotiate a package deal with a taxi driver to take you where you need to go. We are happy to assist you in negotiating with the drivers. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know. There is a small supermarket located 1.5 kilometers from the house that has all the basics you may need. The Grand Bay shopping centers are a 25-minute drive away, while the airport is about an hour and a half by car. Port Louis city is approximately a 35-minute drive from the house.
