Property info

165 m² waterfront house, renovated in the north of Mauritius in the bay of Cap Malheureux, for 4 people (+ 1 teenager and 1 baby). The house is on the water, the ground floor is for rent with direct access to a very nice beach on the left, great view on the coin de mire Island with beautifull sunrises , only a short walk from the famous red roof church; Enjoy barbecue evenings on the shore edge with a nice cocktail in hand … Two air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra bed, a kitchen, a veranda overlooking the garden and a veranda overlooking the sea with views of the church. The house is fully furnished with new TV, satellite channels, wireless ADSL, bed sheets and towels, baby cot, fully equipped kitchen, safe, alarm, washing machine; A housemaid can also cook delicious Mauritian meals for lunch. Food and Beverage are not included.

Neighborhood info

Visit the northern islands by catamaran. (Ile plate, Coin de Mire etc. …) Also visit the Sugar Cane Museum and the Pamplemousses Garden … Rides per Glass bottom boat are possible nearby, water sports ect.; There is a small shop a few steps from the villa and a supermarket 3 km away, Bus station 100 meters. The fishermen come and sell their fresh fish at the church every day around noon!
