Property information

Villa within a large fenced property, own private plunge pool and stunning views of the vast turquoise lagoon. FAST FIBER OPTIC INTERNET AND WIFI Peaceful and quiet; the big garden is ideal also for children. Villa « Mon Repos » has it's own garden ; the house can accommodate 6 people and 1 baby with. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms en suite, 1 being on the ground floor with separate entrance. 1 double bed, 4 single beds that can be put together as doubles. The villa has a large terrace with beautiful views and private plunge pool , entirely equipped kitchen, 1 laundry with washing machine; TV and Satellite, all rooms are air conditioned. One housemaid who comes for cleaning, washing up, doing the beds and laundry. She can cook lunch for a small fee; private parking next to the villa

Neighbourhood information

The Villa is 2,5 km only form the beaches of Graviers. Extraordinary Excursions are possible directly from the villa to Graviers, Le Trou d’argent, Mourouk for example. Less than 5 minutes drive away is a mini supermarket and 7 minutes away is the little town of Mont Lubin with its typical market and fresh fish and meat, vegetables and fruits. The town also includes small typical snacks / restaurant. We can organize your transfert and car hire, Fishing in the lagoon, Deep Sea fishing, ect. The kite surf school is only 10 min. away by car.
