This apartment has a sea frontage with a wide terrace ideal to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was constructed in 2016 with a beautiful decor and a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment is well equipped with all facilities for the guests to enjoy their stay.

It is situated along the Coastal Road with a Bus Stop nearly opposite the Residence. There is a direct line to the Capital Port Louis as well as other line going to the centre of the island. There are super market, restaurants in the vicinity.
