Clean, modern, and spacious self-catering property in a very quiet residential area offering a secure and peaceful environment for your relaxation. Suitable for both business and leisure guests. Surrounded by greenery and sweet bird songs, the property comprises four large bedrooms (3 ensuite), accommodating up to 8 or (by arrangement) 10 guests. It features modern amenities such as dining facilities, outside sitting, free Wi-Fi, TV, and laundry services. A powerful generator is used as an emergency electricity back-up while CCTV and a private car park make guests feel more comfortable and at home. The property is conveniently located only a walking distance from Gateway Shopping Mall surrounded by banks and restaurants. It is a mere 30-minute car journey from the international airport. The property is conveniently located with easy access between the City Centre and the Old Town, only a short distance from a popular golf course.
