For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee and also a security deposit which is refundable. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.
