The fine print

Ground Transportation from airport to Marina is not included. Guests can book the ground transportation with the hotel in house transfers partner at the corresponding cost at almare@maritur.com or can contract separately. Guests will be arriving to the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at Puerto Cancun, a 30-minute car ride from Cancun International Airport.
Complimentary Maritime Transfer to Isla Mujeres is included; however, guests are kindly requested to coordinate their maritime transportation directly with our dedicated hotel team at Ic.cunim.pbx@luxurycollection.com
Pre-Check-In at the Marina: Upon arrival, our welcome team guides guests to the vessel or a designated area for seamless pre-check-in. Aboard the vessel, a serene 20-minute journey unfolds, embraced by the soothing rhythms of the sea.
Arrival to property dock – As the embarkation glides into the dock, you will be welcomed with a warm “Ma'alob k'iin”. Welcome to paradise in Mayan.
Additional information: Restrictions apply for weddings and groups, due to the maximum capacity of the boat. If sea transportation cannot depart due to weather conditions, maintenance or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstances, the hotel will be responsible for providing other means of transportation for our guests via sea.
