Location: COLONIA EMPLEADOS FEDERALES-TWO Blocks from the PEDWEST, Tijuana, MX. 350 sq.ft (32.5 m2) STUDIO with A/C recently remodeled with a mediterranean modern elegant style. This is a developing area with great potential with easy access and Minutes to Downtown TJ, Avenida Revolución, Agua Caliente Stadium(Xolos)/Casino, Zona Urbana, Plaza Rio, Galerias, Hipodromo, and much more. 20 mins drive to Rosarito. READ FULL DESCRIPTION NOTE: KITCHEN NOT INCLUDED / NO TIENE COCINA This is a Three Floor Brand New Building. On the FIRST floor, there is a large community patio, dining tables and our Front Desk Office where agents are available 24/7 whenever guests need IMMEDIATE assistance! On the SECOND floor has SIX units and a large shared balcony, tables are located in this community space to work online. On the THRID floor, there're SEVEN units and a large shared balcony. 13 units in total; just TWO of the Units have PRIVATE balcony (IF YOU SEE on the Listing's TITLE, PRIVATE BALCONY then that's the one with private balcony). Some units are for TWO guests and some with capacity for THREE Guests.
