The condominium is with 24 hour private surveillance adjoining wall with the most exclusive hotels. The apartment has kitchen, sofa bed, double bed, bathroom, Ideal for two people maximum 4 occupants. The condominium is close to restaurants, shopping, public bus stops across the street. Studio has a great ocean view, totally remodeled, granite countertops, hardwood cabnets, terrace with BBQ grill, A/C and fans, WiFi, Netflix. The space The place is located on the coast of Nuevo Vallarta, is one of the largest coasts in the world and brings magical places along it. You can find Mexican handicrafts everywhere, excellent places where you can taste the highly valued cuisine that Mexico offers. The place is a combination of modernity, comfort and contact with nature. Guest access The department has all the utensils and kitchen appliances. It has a washing machine, dryer. It has internet and a large television. It has everything. 3 pools, cafeteria, green areas, large beach and hammocks. This year 2022, the condominium administration will possibly give maintenance to 1 or 2 of them. so possibly 1 or 2 of the 3 pools may be closed from August 20, 2022 to December 2022.
