Quiet, peaceful beach community. This area is not very touristy. Several expats own homes here. Some are there year round & some are not. You will see an occasional person walking by on the beach. There is more activity at the resort next door if you want to have lunch, jump in the pool & get a drink at the swim up bar or go play a round of golf. It's a beautiful & very safe area. The House Las Brisas is a beautiful home in Playa Miramar. Access to Grand Mayan Palace premises
