This contemporary Penthouse offers luxurious living, TV corner, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 oceanview terraces, private palapa and BBQ, sundeck, private dip pool, heated pool, fiber optic Wifi, 4 SmartTVs, located in Zona Dorada Bucerias. Our 2 floor Penthouse is beautifully appointed with high-end tasteful furnishings and artwork to suit this oasis in the sun.
We are very calm people, we love the sea. I am Mexican and my husband is European, we love the magic of Bucerias and we hope that you also feel this little piece of heaven that this place has.
This PentHouse is located in the downtown area and on the beach, in Bucerias. Within walking distance you will find fantastic restaurants, delicious coffee shops, sports bars, street food, many bars, a cute market, fabulous clothing and craft stores, pharmacy and OXXO less than a block away. If you love bringing out your crafty side, you'll also find painting and art classes within walking distance. Galería Vallarta and Galería Flores are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Malecón and Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
