Company information

We loved living in La Paz but had to return to the states for a while for our kids to finsih high school. We are hoping to return to La Paz at least half of the year soon. We rent out the entire house when we are not in La Paz and sometimes just rooms since we have two extra guest rooms and have loved meeting people from all over the world. Please feel free to contact us for any quesitons or concerns during your stay.

Property information

Beautiful almost 5,000 square feet traditional style colonial house with lots of windows/ natural light /breezeand privacy due to design. There are actually 5 bedrooms but the 5th does not have a /c so a bit hot for summer months. House is located in a great location near the east end (quieter part) of the Malecon, up the hill off Palmira . Close to the nice beaches! Please note : no parties and smoking outside only. NO PETS! Please read about neighborhood before booking. (unpaved road last block and we are up a hill, you can walk to malecon but it's one mile down and up a hill!

Neighbourhood information

What we have (pros): *Honest protrayel of house, pics are accurate. *Safe neighborhood, not a party place on weekends but....read on. *Clean, spacious and beautiful house. *Great view of bay, city and desert from rooftop terrace. Near Nice Beaches and Quiet part of malecon. Great price for amount of space and large group. What you don't get:(cons) *Not a quick easy walk to malecon. It is one mile downhill to go and uphill to return. We do it every morning but it takes some exertion! * barking dogs around who randomly go off, earplugs might be in order for light sleepers. *Unpaved and rough last block. Please see pic of road, it is not paved and has potholes. Don't book this place if you don't want your car going on a road like that. **The two streets after ours are typically in much better condition and we recommend using these streets (Remanso de Luz y Faro de Luz).
