Enjoy the architecture of this casita in this beautiful neighborhood. We are 2 miles away from Downtown San Miguel de Allende (“SMA”). You can go and explore SMA during the day and come to relax in this quiet neighborhood. You will surely be able to disconnect and relax. There are several parks close by for nice early morning walks. We have free parking right outside the property. It is a very safe residential area. On Saturdays, there is a local farmer’s market within a few blocks.

Hi, I have lived in Long Beach, California for about 20+ years. I love living in such a diverse, fun and beautiful city with a great sense of community. I am originally from Mexico, City and travel often to this magical place, which is my native land! I am a mother to an awesome teenager that keeps me constantly on my toes! I really enjoy interacting with people and getting to know other cultures. We are a huge animal-lover family and have one dog and four cats! I am grateful to have such wonderful family, great friends and strong faith that keeps us going! My co-host ( who is my sister), manages this property and she will take great care of you during your stay! I am also available and will respond from time to time throughout your stay. One of us will respond promptly, if you need anything.

We are a half a block away from a great restaurant called “La Flor de Jamaica” that offers great food and drinks. You literally can walk to it from the house for breakfast, lunch or dinner!! The restaurant closes Monday and Tuesday, but opens Wednesday-Sunday, with happy hour on Friday nights. On Saturday, the neighborhood has a bazaar/farmers market where you can buy coffee and mingle with the locals! If you are driving, it will take you about 10 minutes to go to Downtown SMA. You can take a taxi or an Uber to downtown SMA or if you feel adventurous, you can walk 10 minutes and catch a bus that will take you to Downtown SMA.
