Departamento moderno, limpio y cómodo con espacios amplios, Se encuentra ubicado ubicado muy cerca de la zona Dorada de Mexicali, una de las zona con más plusvalía de la ciudad, donde se encuentra la Garita Internacional USA, Universidad, centros comerciales modernos y vanguardistas, reconocidos restaurantes de autor e internacional, como Bufflo Wild Wings, Mochomos, Cabana.
