Only 1 small or medium dog weighing up to 20 kg or 2 that together weight 20 kg are allowed. The dog must always wear a harness, bib or leash and remain in permitted areas: Room, circulation areas and areas designated by the Hotel. The dog will not be able to enter consumption centers, swimming pools, gyms, event halls and restricted areas. The Guest will be responsible for the behavior of their dog and is obliged to pay for any damage or loss if it affects another guest, collaborator or client, or the hotel's facilities and/or furniture. For emotional support dogs, only one dog is accepted, and a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license must be presented, valid for up to 12 months before the date of entry.
