Nice rooms ONLY 150 MTS FROM THE BEACH and bus stop to Vallarta, Airport, Sayulita and more in less than 40 min. The rooms has shared bathroom, neat and fresh terrace and full kitchen also shared, there is a well assorted grocery store just across the street, also there is a lot of restaurants and gallerys around. All the rooms have one bed but, I have an inflatable mattresses for a third person on each room. You wont find a closer place to the beach in the best area of Bucerias for less =)
IMPORTANT * The use of A/C is not included in your booking, its an aditional cost of FIVE US per nigth, wich are paid cash upon arrival. Normally in the mornings im not at home, but my mom, will be happy to recieve you and provide you with everything you may need, during afternoon and weekends im at home most of the time, and i can gladly help you out about what to see or to visit in Bucerias and near places. Despite having hours of check in and check out, there is flexibility in case there are no reservations of other guests before or after your arrival, in any case I will let you know. There are two cats at home, but they are very friendly, if you dont like cats dont worry, they never goes upstairs where the room is.
Its a very nice neighborhood in the touristic part of bucerias, you have many restaurants around, the area is very safe, a lot of things to do, just ask. the main highway to vallarta is just one block from the place, you can take a bus to Vallarta or the airport for less than 2 dollars, or the beaches in the area, taxi cabs are also available, if youre coming from the airport, and dont want to pay for a taxi, just cross the avenue, and take a "Punta de Mita" bus and ask to get off in "La hielera" stop in Bucerias.
