"L'Armatore", a italian ship owner, has a style for its toy, great details care, because during his navigations he needs to enjoy all the comfort of its Yacht. As in Harbour 171, the front Ocean Condo, 1 km from the "Malecon" and 6 km from the airport, you’ll have the same sailing sensation though the seaside, with an amazing view and all the comfort as a Luxury boat: disappearing fornitures, kitchen full furnished, common areas with swimming pools, gym, jacuzzi. Inside the Loft you will really feel to be on board of a Luxury boat, an amazing ocean view, feeling to stay in the middle of it, and sunset. The Loft is at the 10th floor, equipped with all the necessary for a weekend or long staying. It's a lovely place for couples and family . The Condo has a private access with the security, direct entrance to the beach, parking place, all the amenities, infinity swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, sunbed and umbrella. It has a 100 mt the supermeaket and restaurants and 1 km away from the famouse "Malecon", with restuarants, shops, bars and the nightlife.
I am Andrea, I love to travel and interact with peaple. I tried to equiped the studio as best as I can, trying to offer the best srvice to my guests. I have a manager there who can attend any requirement, also of the ones not offered as suggests, trips, reservations etc. Remember the check in and out time.
