La propiedad se compone del amplio departamento principal que se alquila en la planta alta, mientras que la planta baja es donde vive el ama de llaves; el otro edificio es estilo Palapa con 2 bungalows gemelos; el gran y hermoso jardín con altas palmeras de coco es para los huéspedes en general y para los campistas. El departamento principal puede alojar hasta 6 personas, mientras que los bungalows ofrecen una capacidad de hasta 3 personas cada uno. ¡Te estamos esperando para darte la bienvenida!

Las autoridades mantienen el área limpia y segura y está predominantemente poblada por EXPATRIADOS de los Estados Unidos y Canadá, a quienes les encanta llevar una vida pacífica en contacto con el océano y la naturaleza en general. Se recomienda contar con transporte propio, aunque el pueblo de La Manzanilla no queda lejos y la hermosa playa de Boca de Iguanas se encuentra a una cuadra de la propiedad. Aquí se acostumbra caminar a muchos de los lugares, sin prisas, pero una buena alternativa la ofrecen los Taxis, aquí numerosos y totalmente seguros. Para sus vehículos, ofrecemos lugares de estacionamiento GRATIS dentro de la propiedad.
