We're part of an architectural social project to recuperate our neighborhood “Donceles”, please consider that all our workers are neighbors and the final goal of the project is to give new life and new possibilities to this little community.

Property information

The Loft is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the grill, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening and enjoy the pool.

Neighbourhood information

“Donceles” is a family neighborhood of working people, don’t be deceived by appearances. Walking by you’ll find a lot of murals made by local and international artists, local restaurants and even chef’s restaurant. You can easily reach by walking the ferry to Isla Mujeres and Puerto Juarez beaches. The loft is located near the 2 main roads of Cancun, it’s really easy to use public transport to get to supermarkets, malls, artisans markets, restaurants and the Hotel Zone.
