With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, it provides both comfort and elegance. Guests also have access to a gym, movie theater, and community pool. Nearby, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and a shopping plaza for dining and entertainment. It has easy access to Arena Monterrey and Cintermex. IMPORTANT To use the BBQ grills, a prior reservation is required, and there is a fee.
