Beautiful, modern and totally new and equipped apartment in Maritima Golf, located in the best area of ​​Nuevo Vallarta, with incredible views of the flamingo golf course and partial ocean view. About the Accommodation: Next to the building the second phase of the development is being built. Accommodation 1 bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor, with a double bed and 1 super comfortable kingsize sofa bed in our living room, full bathroom and closet, Smart TV, Alexa, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender. Living room with sofa bed and large balcony. guest access Upon arrival, the entrance is through the side street to coconut trees, a white gate where you will see the name of Maritima Golf. Other highlights *Important note* The department is totally new and for now the second stage is being built, so there may be common areas that are not yet 100% enabled and people working in them.
