Spacious 3BDRM + den, 4.5 Bth casa, in unique, rustic area of Animas Baja, San Jose del Cabo. Newly constructed. Expansive views over desert landscape, Acre farm restaurant and nearby Flora Farms. 5 min drive to La Playa Beach and Playita village. Enjoy the calm and charm of dirt roads, neighborhood roosters chattering. All with convenience of shopping and town center of San Jose just a 10 - 15 min drive. SJD airport is 35 mins. One bedroom is on main level and 2 bedrooms upstairs. King bed plus 2 queens. There is a 4th room upstairs that is currently set up with sofa and small desk. [Also has it's own bathroom]. Home is mix of modern and old with special sense of calm. Small dog ok. Two car garage and extra exterior parking at side entrance. Side entrance is level to main house ground floor. Easy care yard, gardens. Property is for sale. Bookings will continue and not be affected.
