The fine print
As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival, for the arrival detail to be sent, we only need to show your full name and photo. Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. No Parties or ‘Quiet Gatherings’ are allowed. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. On arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your meter to monitor the above point. Upon arrival, we will ask you for a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).

A damage deposit of US$50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
