We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. - Communal pool with lounge chairs & outdoor dining tables, private patio with an outdoor stove - Onsite gym, steps to tennis & pickleball courts, walking distance to 3 great beaches - Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. - During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. We invite all our guests to help us conserve water by following the recommendations below. We appreciate your support and understanding & must inform you that the property runs on water tanks. We provide a full cistern upon arrival. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility. Turn off the faucet while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth or lather your hands. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests may need to climb stairs at parts of the property. - Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. In this case, a 56 USD weekly electricity fee will be charged on the day of check-in, to be paid in cash to our local team. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will result in a 20 USD fine. - The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available. - There’s construction happening near the building and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours.
