2 floors, independent, fully furnished with nice living room, bar with basics, work area w/WiFi, bathroom and on the second floor a very spacious and comfortable bedroom.

Neighbourhood information

Very Central and secure subdivision, excellent location. Around the beach, malecon, arts center, restaurants, bars and nightlife. You can move in Uber for less than 40mx to any of the tourist areas of the city.
