This property has two suite studio serviced apartments, it is situated in downtown area, just .9 miles (18 min walk/10 local blocks) from Merida's central square. Both units are located on the second story. The only common area to share is the entrance lobby of the property where the apartments are located. Each unit has an equipped kitchenette, flat TV, Netflix, high speed internet, etc. Crib and iron upon request. Parking subject to availability, please ask

Merida is one of the safest cities in Mexico, the neighborhood is at the same time one of the safest in the city, it's also very relaxed. There is convenience and liquor stores just about 20 meters away. There is also a 24 hour store (Oxxo) about 5 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood also has a market, drugstores and more, all walking distance. Easy to access by car, just driving along 59th street from the main square. Also accessible by several bus routes.
