This is a spacious apartment spanning the entire 2nd floor of a house. Spectacular panoramic views of mountains, desert, and ocean from its' U-shaped design. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and songbirds. Separate entrance, very private and parking within a gated driveway. Indoor/outdoor living room. Enclosed and fully equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated. 10 min. walk to Las Tunas beach, groceries and restaurants. 7 min drive to town. Single person is preferred or a couple who enjoys tranquility and a serene, peaceful environment.
I have been involved in meditation for over 50 years as well as teaching T'ai Chi and Qi Gong. I am very easygoing and respect the privacy of my guests. I have been helping people find short and long term rentals in Todos Santos for 20 years and know what makes a place appealing and comfortable. I love my apartment and even toy with the idea of living in it and renting the first floor instead. I live downstairs and am happy to help you during your stay as requested. Other than that, you have total privacy.
Las Tunas is the favored neighborhood for expats. Spacious, breezy and wide vistas. Walking distance to restaurants and minimal groceries.
