This listing offers beach house 7 bedrooms/8 bath with private pool we call Tritons Place. It is located 3 blocks from san dune park where there are razors and buggies for rent, 3 minutes from Puerto Nuevo famous for the greatest lobster in baja, 8 minutes from Tirolesa zip lining tours and 12 minutes from downtown Rosarito for all the night life activites. Its conveniently located walking distance to organic grocery shops and 2 minute drive to large grocery stores. Enjoy the local 10 block long saturday market literally 1 block from your beach house. All the space you see in the pictures is private space including: private beach access, parking for 18 cars inside property, full volleyball court, 3 garden grass areas for pets, large private heated infinity pool, two jaccuzzis, kids pool, BBQ grill, his&hers bathrooms outside, free housekeeping, full size toiletries kirkland brands; for instance, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, razors, toothbrushes, laundry soap and much more. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, spices, oil and much more. The house literally comes with everything, so all you have to do is pack your clothes and head to Mexico!
I have been hosting for 6 years with my husband. We absolutely value family, that is why we have offer this amazing space where everyone can be together. Our idea is to have everyone on the same property; so that, we can wake up together and drink coffee and our kids can make memorable bonds with their family. Its a great place to be able to unite families from the Mexico side with their families from the United states side.
