Property information

Beautiful beachfront house with breathtaking views of the beach and the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Front yard, with pool, and Palapa right on the beach. 5 minutes away from chicxulub town, so you’ll be close to everything without being bothered by the noise. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Living room with satellite television and flat screen. (not the one shown in the pictures) WiFi service provided. Air conditioning and fans available Cleaning service is available for a small fee. If you pay with credit card PayPal only a 5.46% bank commission fee is charge ○For rentals in July, August, Holy Week and Easter, the only rate that is accepted as valid is the one quoted for 8 guests without restrictions. They do not include electricity either. If you require extra cleaning services these must be request upon check in and fully paid.

Neighbourhood information

The house is Located in the coastal line, so all there is to the left and right are other houses. The town is 5 minutes away, and you’ll find restaurants and convenience stores, as well as supermarkets. A van goes by the road every 15 minutes, it’s the best option if you’re want to go into the town, which is 5 minutes away. Also, the housekeeper has a car, and he´ll be happy to take you into town for a small tip.
