Our Stylish New Renovated 3BR at Alanis Residence, is located at Kota Warisan township in Sepang, Selangor. Convenient location for your stay at Sepang, it’s just a few minute’s walks to KIP MALL, restaurants, cafés and grocery shop. It’s just 15mins to KLIA 2 and KLIA. Guests have access to all the facilities in the homestay, swimming pool, gym, landscaped garden. It also comes with a 24-hour, 3-tier security system to ensure the homestay is safe at all times.

Neighbourhood information

Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated in center township of Kota Warisan ( KLIA Aeropolis ) easy to access to anywhere's. 5 minutes walking distance to Shopping Mall (Kip Mall) various restaurants and 24hr Convenience stores. Our place is a new planned city. our swimming pool is the largest pool in Sepang Kota Warisan. we have friendly community around here. We have night market 2 time a week just down below our apartment. There are tons of things to do in this city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. Just ask me anything, i will share more about this city. Needless to say, being in Kota warisan KLIA city centre and surrounded by cabs, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. (TIP: Hail a CAB, UBER or GRABCAR. It's well worth it also we have Express Train (Salak tinggi) Just 5 minutes away from our place.
