Artsy Staycation is a Muslim friendly home equipped with private pool and surrounded by a beautiful scenery of paddy field. Only 8 mins drive from Melaka Sentral, 12 mins from Melaka Airport and 12 mins drive to A'Famosa, Jonker Walk & Pantai Klebang. SPECIAL: Private pool, 4 AC room, 2 hot shower, 2 tv Netflix & UnifiTV, 300Mbps mesh Wifi, table tennis, add-on BBQ facility (charcoal, foil & starter - RM30), pillow & mattress (RM20). HOMESTAY RULES: 1. Do not park your vehicles in front of another resident’s house. 2. No smoking and No pet is allowed. 3. Please be considerate for any disturbing noises or any misconduct behavior. 4. Kindly use with care of any homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost. 5. Always ensure to switch off all the appliances such as air-cond, light, fan, water heater, iron, hair dryer, TV and gas stove upon leaving the house or check-out. 6. Always ensure to shut off the water tap upon leaving the house or check-out. 7. All the cooking facilities, dishes and BBQ facilities to be clean prior check-out. 8. Do not change any furniture arrangement. 9. Guest is liable for any damage howsoever caused to the homestay property and amenities. 10. Strictly No alcohol, No non-halal food and No drug. 11. Owner is not in a position to guarantee guest’s safety including but not limited to accidents, death, act of God, flood, riot, theft or acts of negligence. 12. Please to lock all the door and window upon leaving the house or check-out. 13. Private pool, balcony and stairs area to be use at your own risk. 14. Do not jump/dive/climb into the pool.
