Set in peaceful Kampar, our 1340-sqft condo blends hotel comfort with homestay warmth. The whole home is air-conditioned (living hall + 3 bedrooms) and filled with natural light. A large balcony opens to calming forest, lake and mountain views—perfect for sunrise coffee and sunset chats. Inside, relax with a large 4K TV and Dolby-Audio home cinema (Netflix/Prime Video/YouTube), or get things done in the dedicated work room with desk, power points and 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. Light cooking is easy with an induction hob and full-size fridge, and there’s a washer, dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board for longer stays. Guests have lift access, private parking, and use of the clubhouse pool, gym, playground and comfy common areas. Minutes to cafés, groceries and UTAR/TARUC, yet quiet with fresh air—ideal for families, holidaymakers and business travellers who want space, convenience and a beautiful view.
