Company information

Our homestay is Family owned. We are friendly so don't hesitate to ask if have any question. We do welcome those guess who is clean and take good care of our property.

Property information

We only rent ROOM(S) so that means no living room and kitchen are provided. Customer has to pay RM50/room for every booking as Returnable Bond. This bond will be returned during check out if everything okay. We usually ask for deposit for every booking to reserve the room just in case of those irresponsible absence. Customer is asked to pay RM10/night per room as Tourism Tax(TTx). Malaysian and Permanent Resident (with MyPR card) of Malaysia are exempt for TTx. We have the right to ask customer’s photo ID as record.

Neighbourhood information

There's a Wet Market just 1-2 mins walking distance and you can find lots of good and cheap food in the early morning. Night time there's a famous bean sprout chicken restaurant and Wan tan mee restaurant by walking distance too. If still want more, drive 5-10 mins to Ipoh town for more good food.
