Sea view apartment, 1200 square feet, 2 airconditioned bedroom, 2 bathroom, big family hall with sofa, kitchen with oven, private balcony overlooking the Beach and swimming pool, refrigerator, washing machine & clothes dryer. Common facilities include swimming pool, gymnasium & jogging track. Guest can also access the swimming and wading pool on the First Floor and a gymnasium at no extra cost.

The Space The apartment has an area of 1200 square feet , with 24 hours security monitored through CCTV. Access to the unit is via a private access card. Its located about 0.2 km from Hard Rock Hotel and located along Batu Feringgi Road famous for its nightly market. The Apartment has direct access to the long Batu Feringgi sandy Beach where many 5 stars hotels are located. The Neighbourhood The apartment is located along the Batu Feringghi tourist belt which consist of many 5 star hotel. Located 0.2 km from Hard Rock Hotel and Cafe and the famous daily Batu Feringghi Night market. Guest can also spent their time at the Long Sandy beach just besides the Apartment. Speed boats, Jet skis and other sport activities such as paraglider towed by speed boat Getting Around The "Rapid Penang" Bus service including the "Penang HOP- ON HOP-OFF" is the cheapest mean of transport to visit many tourist hotspot on the island. There are many local tour company situated along Batu Feringghi road conducting daily package tours
