Our location is towards a hilltop and is strategically located towards the heart of Melaka. My property is accessable to town and all the historical places via Jalan AMJ, Batu Berendam and Taman Merdeka to Melaka Air-port, Alor Gajah to A'Famosa Resort, Dataran Pahlawan, 1Malaysia at Klebang and the Coconut Shake. My property is a double storey corner lot with spacious compound which are convenient and very suitable for gathering /parties with BBQ or telematch. My property consist of 4 fully airconditioning rooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 living hall, a dining section and an empty space for outdoor activities. Facilities on complementary are Tea & Coffee, Boiling Kettle, TV, Referigerator, Washing Machine, Plates & Glasses, Carom, Chess, Kid Battery Operated Motor and Poker Card. Optional Facilities with special packaged prices are BBQ and Cooking.
