Sebuah rumah rehat berhampiran bandar. Pemilik Muslim dan sewaan terhad kepada yang beragama Islam sahaja. Pada asalanya sebuah rumah Melayu separuh batu dan simen. Bahagian atas rumah Melayu dikekalkan untuk menjadi ruang rehat. Bahagian bawah diubahsuai menjadi empat bilik teres rumah batu. Hanya tiga bilik disewakan kepada tetamu.
Pesara kerajaan yang bekerja sebagai pensyarah politeknik.
