Convenient location! We are sorry in advance the pool and gym is temporarily closed. Please note: we will request that your forward us a copy of your passport or local Malaysian ID of all the guests who will be staying (except kid's) We are doing this to inform the building security of your arrival information (as it done in a normal hotel booking) and allow you entry into the premises. This information will be kept confidential and deleted after your departure. We will request this information via email or whatsapp for your security. If we do not receive this information in 72 hrs after booking, we will proceed to cancel your booking. So that we can contact you, please provide us a valid email or telephone information. There is a 100MYR charge for a cleaning fee per week or per stay( which is included in your booking). Besides that, if your booking is more than 7 nights,we will schedule for additional cleaning after every 7th night. Therefore you will need to pay 100MYR in cash for per cleaning ( if more than 7 nights ). This is to make sure the house is kept clean and up to your standards. The house is designed with everything you need, just bring yourself.
I am a petroleum Engineer who travels all over the world for work. In my travels, I have stayed in more then 100+ locations and I have selected house designs that I like and was efficient. I had the the ideas but in Malaysia its hard to convince contractors to build it the way I wanted, It took a lot of time and patience but finally its done. Example a garden terrace or a open concept bathroom. I built the apartment in the same manner I would normally build my own personal residence, I hope you like it. Finally, its done and we are proud of it!! Ah, picture is of my dog "buffalo", a new foundland, 1yo and 55kg. As you can see, no stress in that face....
The Garden Apt @ Zenith is centrally located in Kelana Jaya and is walking distance from the Paradigm Mall 2) 20 min from the Kelana jaya Metro station with a FREE shuttle! 3) 20 min from sunway lagoon 4) 20 min from the center of KL It is close to the Megamall and KL Sentral station where you get the trains to and from the airport. 2 stops to China Town, 15-min to KLCC (Petronas Twin Tower) by LRT. Close proximity to attractions like National Museum, Bird Park, Lake Garden, the Gardens Mid Valley Megamall.
