Hi, Greetings to you. This homestay has been commissioned by wife and myself that we put in place all the basic necessities for comfortable habitation. There are jogging track and basket ball court at ground floor. Many entertainment facilities, eg, BBQ, Swimming Pool, Garden, mini theater, gym etc at level 4. To top it off, we have wellness facility, play ground, 360deg views at level 30 that all are free of charge. Last but no least, our balcony could see strait of Singapore and views. Hi, Thank you for viewing or choosing our homestay. This unit is belong to my daughter, Yu-You, who is not staying in. My wife and I decided to turn it into entire unit homestay so as to maintain the service fee and bills. Nonetheless, we also set our rate as low as possible just to cover the web commission, house cleaning that pay to an aunt and miscellaneous bills. We like swimming and hang around at this instrumental Green Haven environment. Best regards. UW
Hi, Our unit C-08-03 is situated 10-15 min drive to/from Johor Bahru City and CIQ (Singapore causeways); 5-10 min to east (Taman Cahaya Koto puteri) and west (Permas Jaya) restaurants / hawker stalls of Asian foods. Have a nice day. UW
