Imagine you are enjoying the billion dollar view from our private balcony. You would be amazed on how beautiful is our nature where you could enjoy the ocean view, sunrise view, night view, Gurney Drive and Georgetown coastline view from our luxury super condo. Our facilities consists of an Olympic size swimming pool, a kid pool, a playground, a elevated garden and a fitness center that quipped with full gym equipment. The famous Gurney Plaza mall & Gurney Drive Night Market are 3 minutes drive away. We are strategically located at the prime area where you could reach the beach along Batu Feringghi, street art at the old town of George Town, UNESCO heritage area or Penang Hill within 20 minutes drive distance. We are located at the prime area of Penang where all the luxury properties are located at. The famous Hollywood Actresses, Hong Kong Actors and Millionaires are living at this area.

Neighbourhood information

This is a high end expatriate district that is 3 mins drive away from the famous Gurney drive, 15 minutes drive from Georgetown town UNESCO street art, and 15 minutes drive to Batu Feringghi beach! The Precinct 10 mall below our property offers a variety of restaurants from the KFC, the authentic Korean bbq restaurants, Japan cuisine, Chinese steamboat, Chinese stir fry restaurant, western food, pubs, halal Middle East and Indian cuisine. Starbucks and Coffee Bean are next to us with less than 5 minutes walk. Within 5 minutes drive distance, there are few shopping malls from the famous Gurney Plaza, Gurney Paragon, Strait Quay Penang, Island Plaza, Strait Quay marina mall and Tesco which opens until 1am. The Avatar secret garden which offers great view at night is within 5 minutes driving distance.
