Plus, take advantage of our gym, swimming pool, and two dedicated parking spots. 1km to TAR UMT 1.5km to Westlake Garden 3km to UTAR 8km to Refarm 14km to Gua Tempurung 17km Tanjung Tualang This space is a newly renovated condo, strategically located near the University, which gives you the fast access across TAR UMT and UTAR. Furnishings: The condo is furnished in a modern Muji style with clean lines and colour. The bed is dressed with high-quality linens and equipped with AC to provide a cool environment for a comfortable night's sleep. The living room has a 60' Smart TV and a Bluetooth soundbar. lt is also equipped with Dimmable LED ceiling light, where you can choose the colour temperature in your liking, sitting on the couch and enjoy movies.
