My place is located at most strategic commercial Hub of Johor Bahru , which surrounding with plenty of choices of eatery place, Shopping Mall, Mini Mart , Sand Beach, Bar is within walking distance. Nearby, such as Pasar Karat, Johor Zoo, Istana Bukit Serene (Johor Sultan Palace) is 5-10mins drives away from my place. You can easily access to JB Sentral (CIQ), Puteri Habour, Taman Pelangi, Taman Sentosa, Taman Century, KSL City and Stulang Laut within 10-20mins.
